 2010 YEAR-END WINNING PHOTOS

Each month there is a competition at the meetings with four divisions for competition: Color Prints, Monochrome / Black and White Prints, Digitals, and Novice.  (Note:  The competition in slides was discontinued this year.)  The categories for the competitions for the upcoming year are voted on in December.  Each month, all entries are judged, and points are awarded in each of the four divisions for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and honorable mention.  (At the end of the year, the points awarded to each person are added up, and the top three winners in each division for the year receive special recognition at the Annual LPS Banquet in February. 

Additionally, all entries that have won points throughout the year (1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Honorable Mentions) are allowed to compete in a year-end competition in each division.  This competition is for the best all-around entry in its division.  Below are the 1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place and honorable mention year-end winners in each division for the end of the year competition.
