PHOTOSCENIC WEEKEND

The Photo Scenic KY Weekend will be Friday and Sat., Oct. 23 and 24 at Natural Bridge State Resort Park, Slade, KY.

This is a free digital photography workshop for anyone interested in photography, led by C. Thomas Hardin, former director of photography at the Courier Journal.

Check in for the workshop is 5:00 PM on Fri. night at the resort lodge, with the workshop starting promptly at 7 PM. Renowned photographer John Snell will speak Friday night, and internationally-known photographer Adam Jones will be speaking at the workshop Sat. night.

Saturday will feature group instruction at the sites throughout the park, then time for you to explore the park and the nearby Red River Gorge. Sat. evening the leaders will review your pictures shot at the workshop, as well as the presentation by Adam Jones. This workshop is FREE, but you are required to register. You must bring a camera and a digital media card. If you don’t have a camera, you are welcome to share with friends or family members. Cameras will not be available for loan. If you have a laptop computer, please bring it. It will enhance your workshop experience.
